Who runs this site
Prefrontal Gym (zonehit.xin) is an independently operated project. Contact: gishchan32@gmail.com. The site offers short browser-based attention and working-memory drills. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional assessment or treatment.
What we process
By default, training progress, UI preferences, and unsent analytics events stay in your browser’s local storage (localStorage / IndexedDB) and are not uploaded automatically.
When you start or finish training, or when you opt into optional account sync, the site may send a device or session identifier, training results and timestamps, and account details you provide (such as email or WeChat login identifiers) to our servers. We use this only to save progress, operate the service, debug issues, and understand product usage.
We do not sell training scores to data brokers, and we do not resell advertising-unrelated profiles built from your drill content.
Google AdSense, cookies, and personalized ads
Some content pages on this site use Google AdSense. To meet Google’s publisher disclosure requirements, we state that:
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to your website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
When ads are enabled, Google and its advertising technology partners may also use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and prevent fraud in ads. Your browser typically sends the page URL, IP address, browser information, and related cookies to Google. Learn more:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
- Google advertising cookies
- Google My Ad Center (manage personalized ad preferences)
If we later add other ad networks or ad-tech partners, we will list them here and, where available, link to their privacy policies or opt-out pages.
Consent choices for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are presented by AdSense’s Google-certified CMP. After ads are enabled, you can also revoke consent here:
Where ads appear
To reduce interruption during drills, ads mainly appear on informational pages, guides, and between-round challenge/settlement screens. We avoid placing ads inside the active drill UI, and we do not disguise ads as “Start”, “Next”, or other navigation controls.
Controls & contact
You can clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser; that removes training progress and settings stored only on this device. If you used optional account sync, email us for help with account-related data.

Updates
When processing, ad partners, or applicable rules change in a material way, we will update this page’s effective date and content. Continued use of the site means you have been informed of the latest notice.
