Response times
We aim to reply within a few business days. Because the team is small, replies may take longer during holidays or busy periods. Requests about privacy and data deletion are handled first.
What to include
To help us understand and fix things faster, please include:
- What happened: what you saw and what you expected to see.
- Where it happened: for example "Schulte grid level 3" or the address of the page.
- Device and browser: for example "iPhone with Safari", "Windows PC with Chrome", or whether you used the WeChat mini program.
- Approximate time: the date and time the problem happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if you have them. One screenshot often says more than a long description.
Please do not send passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information. We never need them to resolve an issue.
